ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks with CDEV

ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDEV are vehicle-specific performance shocks configured in both length and damping tune for each application. Piggyback and remote reservoir designs use a 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap to create an internal Bump Zone that increases damping near full compression to reduce harsh bottom-outs. These shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable and include the CDE valve upgrade for electronic in-vehicle adjustment.

The Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) meters oil flow to regulate compression damping. The infinitely variable valve reacts in under 40ms and makes precise adjustments across varying terrain. Hydraulic circuits are custom tailored per application. The system leverages onboard G-force and gyroscope sensors and algorithm-driven control to predict terrain and adjust shock settings.
