ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific monotube, piggyback-reservoir dampers engineered for strong off-road performance and a controlled, comfortable street ride. Each shock is matched in length and valving to the application, and is fully serviceable for rebuilds and revalving. A CNC-machined 6061 aluminum internal manifold creates an internal Bump Zone that increases damping force near full compression to reduce harsh bottom-outs and improve control under high-velocity compression.

• Internal Bump Zone: Increases damping by approximately 20% to help prevent harsh bottoming and control high-speed compression.
• Nitrogen-charged monotube with piggyback reservoir: Improves heat dissipation and reduces shock fade during prolonged use.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components: Precision-machined for durability and corrosion resistance.
• One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving: Delivers refined ride quality on- and off-road.
• Impact-extruded aluminum cylinders: Provide consistent finish and corrosion resistance.
• 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft for long-term durability.

• OEM wheel and tire combinations are not compatible with all fitments; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes include 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace (6mm offset), 18x9" with 5.25" backspace (6mm offset), and 20x9" with 5.25" backspace (6mm offset).
• Recommended tire sizes: 35" x 12.50" (37" x 12.50" possible with fender trimming and other modifications).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Compatible with 0–3" of front lift over stock on 2005–2019 F-250/F-350/F-450 4WD.
• Compatible with 0–3.75" of front lift over stock on 2020–2022 F-250/F-350 4WD without Tremor package.
