ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks
ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered for outstanding off‑road performance and a smooth on‑road ride. Each shock is configured to the vehicle for length and damping tune, and they are fully rebuildable and revalveable.
- CDC Valve: Externally adjustable valve with 10 levels of high‑resolution compression adjustability.
- Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal Bump Zone that increases damping by 20% to help prevent harsh bottom outs and control high‑velocity compression.
- Remote reservoir: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
- Premium oil: Grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
- Monotube design: Nitrogen charged monotube with piggyback reservoir.
- Piston and valving: One‑piece digressive piston with vehicle‑specific valving for superior on‑ and off‑road ride quality.
- Durable construction: 7/8” induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft; PTFE‑lined spherical bearings; application‑specific mounting hardware.
- Premium materials: 6061 aircraft‑grade aluminum CNC machined components and one‑piece impact‑extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
- Serviceable: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.
