ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Spring

The ICON multi-rate leaf spring is a modular, user-adjustable suspension component engineered to improve front-to-rear balance, increase compliance, and optimize wheel position for a wide range of accessory and gear setups. Its design accommodates both lightly modified trucks and heavily outfitted vehicles with bed racks, rooftop tents, spare tires, and other additions.

3 user-adjustable spring rates to tailor ride characteristics to unique vehicle configurations
Reduced spring rate (up to 35%) for smoother motion throughout the full travel range
Additional leaf included that can be installed or exchanged to increase spring rate for heavier loads
Galvanized leaf separators reduce friction and improve corrosion resistance
Greaseable leaf tip inserts minimize noise and enhance ride comfort
Heavy-duty eyelet bushings for durable, quiet operation
Direct bolt-in to OEM spring location for straightforward installation
ICON 1K tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability

The modular design allows quick tuning for different payloads and accessory configurations, providing a balanced combination of comfort, durability, and load-carrying capability.
