ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered to deliver exceptional off-road capability while maintaining a smooth, controlled on-road ride. Each shock is configured for the specific vehicle application in both length and damping tune. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, and select piggyback or remote-reservoir models incorporate a 6061 billet aluminum manifold that creates an internal bump zone to add damping near full compression.

• Electronically adjustable compression: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) provides infinitely variable compression control and reacts in under 40 ms for precise terrain-responsive tuning.
• Integrated bump zone: Internal bump zone increases damping by approximately 20% to reduce harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression.
• Remote reservoir design: Improves heat dissipation to minimize shock fade during prolonged use.
• High-quality internals: Premium grade 5WT shock oil, nitrogen-charged monotube design with piggyback reservoir, and one-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving.
• Durable construction: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft; PTFE-lined spherical bearings; 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components; one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance.
• Serviceable and tunable: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable; hydraulic circuits are custom-tailored per application for high resolution and dynamic range.
• Electronic control integration: Compatible with ICON Intelligent Control and the ICON mobile app, using onboard G-force and gyroscope inputs plus user settings to predict terrain and adjust CDEV settings.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
