ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered for exceptional off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for the specific application in both length and damping tune. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable, and feature a billet aluminum manifold that creates an internal Bump Zone to add damping and help prevent harsh bottom outs. The included Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) provides in-vehicle electronic adjustment of compression damping and works with ICON Intelligent Control and the ICON mobile app to adapt settings using onboard sensors.

• Application range: Compatible with 0–3.5" of front lift over stock.
• Extended travel: Extended travel length provides maximum wheel travel and requires aftermarket front upper control arms.
• Bump Zone: Internal manifold increases damping by approximately 20% to control suspension at high-velocity compression.
• Design: Nitrogen-charged monotube design with remote reservoir for improved heat dissipation and reduced shock fade.
• Electronic tuning: ICON CDEV technology enables in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping and active adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control.
• Oil: Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
• Piston: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road ride quality.
• Shaft: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
• Mounting: Press-in, bonded rubber bushing/bar pin assembly for OE-style fitment and vibration damping.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece hard-anodized, impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
