ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes vehicle dynamics in real time. Using inputs from an integrated G-force sensor and gyroscope, the IIC performs calculations based on custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. It collects information at over 1,000 times per second, processes the data, and delivers adjustments to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 milliseconds.

The IIC interfaces with a proprietary mobile app via Bluetooth, providing a user-friendly way to monitor, record, and adjust shock performance from a compatible iOS device. Baseline firmness, vertical “G-Boost,” and lateral “Corner Boost” sensitivity can be adjusted on the fly, and users can select preconfigured drive modes or create unlimited custom presets. Trip data including time, speed, distance, and G-forces can be recorded for review.

The IIC mounts using application-specific brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a clean, straightforward installation on 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and 2020–2026 GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD models.
