ICON Vehicle Specific 3.0 Series Shocks

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 3.0 Series shocks are engineered to deliver exceptional off-road capability while maintaining a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for the specific vehicle application in both length and damping tune. The 3.0 Series increases piston surface area and oil volume for improved stability, heat dissipation, and reduced shock fade under hard use. ICON shocks are fully serviceable and revalveable for long-term performance and tuning.

The 3.0 Series incorporates an internal “Bump Zone” created by a billet aluminum manifold below the top cap, providing additional damping to control high-velocity compression events. ICON’s exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves allow independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment for precise suspension tuning.

• 3.0” body diameter: Increased oil volume and larger piston area for improved performance.
• Extended travel: Designed to provide maximum wheel travel; requires appropriate front upper control arms for fitment.

• Nitrogen-charged monotube with remote reservoir: Remote reservoir improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
• CDXS adjustable compression: Independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise handling and aggressiveness tuning.
• Premium shock oil: Grade 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
• One-piece piston design: Linear compression / digressive rebound piston with vehicle-specific valving for superior ride quality on- and off-road.
• Durable construction: 7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft and CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components.
