ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 3.0 Series Shocks

ICON V.S. 3.0 Series shocks are engineered for exceptional off-road performance and a refined on-road ride. Each shock is vehicle-specific in length and damping tune, offering increased stability and control through a larger piston area and greater oil volume. Improved external surface area and remote reservoir design enhance heat dissipation and resistance to shock fade. All V.S. 3.0 Series shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable. For piggyback and certain remote-reservoir configurations, a 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap creates an internal "Bump Zone" that adds approximately 20% additional damping to help prevent harsh bottom-outs during high-velocity compression.

The included CDE Valve upgrade provides electronic, in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping. The Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) meters oil flow to vary damping force, reacts in under 40 ms, and uses custom hydraulic circuits tailored per application for high resolution and dynamic range. When paired with ICON Intelligent Control and the ICON mobile app, the system uses onboard G-force and gyroscope data plus user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust damping dynamically.
