ICON 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir CDCV Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit

The ICON 2.5 VS Series remote reservoir coilover conversion kit upgrades front suspension performance and adjustability for 2005–2023 F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks. This bolt-in coilover system increases damping capability while providing user-adjustable ride height. It features vehicle-specific valving, precision-machined components, and a fully serviceable design that allows rebuilding or re-valving as needed. The CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) option adds simple, on-the-fly compression damping adjustment.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Factory wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (37" x 12.50" may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but is not required.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Listed lift heights are based on 4WD Crew Cab diesel configurations unless otherwise noted.
• Secondary shock options are available.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift height ranges by model configuration:
  • 2005–2019 Super Duty diesel: approximately 2.5–3" over stock
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty diesel (without Tremor): approximately 3.25–3.75" over stock
  • 2020–2022 Super Duty diesel (with Tremor): approximately 2.25–2.75" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel (without Tremor): approximately 2.5–3" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel (with Tremor): approximately 1.5–2" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty gas (without Tremor): approximately 3–3.5" over stock

• Will not fit 2024 models.
• 2005–2016 F-250s typically require 4" rear blocks with an appropriate U-bolt kit to sit level with a 2.5" lifted front.
• A brake line kit or braided stainless upgrade is optional for those who prefer not to bend factory steel lines on certain model years.
• If installing with remote-reservoir secondary shocks, a reservoir doubler kit may be required.
• Due to tight clearances and varying wiring-harness placement in the upper front-passenger wheel-well area, ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage.
