ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific, 2.5" aluminum monotube shocks with remote reservoirs, engineered for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth street ride. They are configured for each application in both length and damping tune and are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.

Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal bump zone that increases damping by approximately 20% to reduce harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression.
CDC Valve: Externally adjustable valve providing 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability.
Design: Nitrogen-charged monotube design with remote reservoir to improve heat dissipation and reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
Materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
Piston and valving: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road performance.
Shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
Fluid: Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
Mounting: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
Serviceability: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable for long-term service and tuning.
