These tubular steel upper control arms increase front suspension travel and performance for lifted 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra and 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia models. Built-in additional caster corrects geometry for improved front-end alignment on lifted vehicles, while the serviceable components and heavy-duty construction provide long-term durability.
The all-new Delta Joint PRO delivers enhanced articulation and serviceability compared to standard joints. It offers up to 90° of bind-free articulation, a larger rebuildable design, improved lubrication sealing, and a protective anodized billet aluminum dust cap for the grease fitting. Frame pivots use serviceable heavy-duty dual-stage bushings that are greaseable and rebuildable, installed in precision-machined housings for a responsive driving feel.
ICON tubular upper control arms are CNC-formed, fixture-welded, and finished for corrosion resistance. The Delta Joint PRO features a chromoly ball and shaft with a hardened bearing surface, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and an improved lubrication system to distribute grease efficiently without compromising the bearing seal.
