The ICON EXP Series 2.5" aluminum coilover shocks for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco are a fully rebuildable, vehicle-specific solution that re-uses the factory coil springs and hardware to deliver lift, custom-tuned damping and increased travel in an economical package.

• Vehicle-specific design: Tuned for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
• 2.5" Aluminum Series: One-piece impact-extruded, hard-anodized aluminum cylinder for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
• Rebuildable and serviceable: Fully rebuildable and re-valvable by a qualified shock technician.
• Factory coil compatibility: Uses the Bronco's OE coil springs and upper mounts with CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum spring seat to fit OE urethane spring seat.
• Adjustable ride height: Snap-ring selectable front lift from 0" to 2" over stock (on HOSS 2.0 equipped vehicles).
• Durable internals: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft in an inverted (shaft-up) orientation; digressive one-piece piston design for superior damping.
• Improved heat dissipation: Larger piston and increased oil volume provide longer-lasting performance under higher speeds and rough terrain.
• Precision components: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finish, PTFE-lined spherical bearing and high-strength alloy lower bar pin.
• Ease of install: 100% bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required.

• OEM wheel and tire fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels (without Sasquatch package): ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels (with Sasquatch package): ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires (without Sasquatch package): 35" x 12.50" (requires high clearance crash bars, part #42000). 37" tire packages require coilover bump stop spacers and additional trimming/modifications.
• Recommended aftermarket tires (with Sasquatch package): 35" x 12.50". 37" tire packages require coilover bump stop spacers and may require fender trimming and modifications.
• Will not fit Bronco Raptor.
• Lift heights above 1.5" over stock may require aftermarket front upper control arms to maintain ideal front-end alignment.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Recommended crash bars (part #42000) on non-Sasquatch equipped vehicles when running 35" tires.
• When running 37" tires, crash bar removal may be required but is not recommended.
• When running 37" tires, use bump stop spacer kit part #611082 in the front.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Due to increased wheel travel and lift height, ICON upper control arms with Delta Joint Pro (part numbers 48400DJ or 48500DJ) are recommended; other aftermarket front upper control arms may not be compatible. It is the installer's duty to verify fitment and to cycle the suspension to check for ball joint bind issues.
• Only fits Ford Broncos equipped with the HOSS 2.0 suspension package.
• EXP coilovers are sold individually; a quantity of 2 is required per vehicle.
