This billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve front-end geometry and overall suspension performance for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models. It increases camber and caster adjustment, improves suspension component clearance, and allows increased travel on lifted or stock-height vehicles.

Constructed from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H-beam cross-section, the arms are lightweight and resist bending forces better than tubular designs. The OE ball joint is replaced with the ICON Delta Joint PRO, which provides full bump and droop travel while eliminating binding. 3/4" heim rod ends at the chassis pivots provide precise, smooth function throughout the travel range, and ICON’s double adjuster sleeve enables on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment.

The Delta Joint PRO combines factory-style durability with motorsports-level performance. It uses a larger ball for increased bearing surface and improved sealing, offers a full 90° of articulation (about 14% more range than the original Delta Joint), and is serviceable and rebuildable. The joint features a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and an improved lubrication system with internal channels for efficient grease distribution.
