These tubular steel upper control arms increase front suspension travel and improve geometry for lifted vehicles. Designed for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco, they provide additional caster for better alignment and handling when running performance shocks or coilovers.
Construction uses heavy-wall 1026 DOM tubing that is CNC formed, fixture welded and finished with a multi-stage black powder coat for durability. Frame pivots use serviceable heavy-duty dual-stage bushings that are greaseable and rebuildable, pressed into precision-machined housings for a responsive driving experience.
The all-new Delta Joint PRO delivers improved durability and performance over standard Delta Joints. It offers up to 90° of free articulation to maximize suspension travel without binding, uses a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface, and features a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. Replaceable races are graphite-impregnated, sintered metal machined to tight tolerances for a reliable metal-to-metal bearing interface. The lubrication system includes internal channels for efficient grease distribution and a grease fitting protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap.
Overall design emphasizes serviceability and strength: the Delta Joint PRO is fully rebuildable, pivot bushings are serviceable, and components are machined for precise fit and longevity.
