ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard control computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes vehicle dynamics in real time. Using inputs from an onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope, the IIC runs custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. It collects data at over 1,000 times per second, processes that data, and sends adjustments to Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) shock absorbers in under 40 milliseconds. The IIC also serves as a data interface to a mobile app for monitoring and adjusting shock settings and is installed with application-specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a clean fit.

The mobile app provides a user-friendly interface via Bluetooth to monitor, record, and adjust system performance. Users can change shock baseline firmness, tune vertical “G‑Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost” sensitivity, choose from preconfigured drive modes (Normal, Desert, Haul), or create unlimited custom presets. Trip data such as time, speed, distance, and G‑forces can be recorded for review.
