ICON XD Forged Tie Rods

Designed to address the Bronco's factory tie rod strength limitations, the ICON XD Forged Tie Rods feature beefier dimensions and stronger materials for demanding off-road use. The inner tie rod and ball stud are CNC-machined from 4140 chromoly, and the adjustment threads are enlarged to 18mm (compared to 14mm on stock tie rods) to reduce failure risk. The forged steel outer tie rod maintains the stock bend for compatibility with factory wheel diameters and offsets as well as most aftermarket wheels. The tie rod end uses a metal-on-metal, greaseable joint for extended service life while preserving the stock operating angle.
