ICON V.S. 2.5 Series
The ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series shocks are engineered to deliver exceptional off-road performance while maintaining a smooth street ride. Each shock is configured for the specific application in both length and damping tune, and is built for serviceability and durability.
- Application-specific tuning: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for optimized on- and off-road ride quality.
- Externally adjustable compression: ICON CDC Valve provides 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustment via a simple knob.
- Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal bump zone that increases damping by approximately 20% to reduce harsh bottom-outs and control high-speed compression.
- Remote reservoir: Piggyback/remote reservoir design improves heat dissipation and reduces shock fade during prolonged use.
- Nitrogen-charged monotube: Monotube construction with nitrogen charge for consistent performance.
- Premium fluid: Filled with premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
- Durable construction: 7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft; CAD-plated, precision-machined 1026 DOM steel shock body for corrosion resistance and strength.
- High-quality components: PTFE-lined spherical bearings, application-specific mounting hardware, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components.
- Serviceable design: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable for long-term maintenance and tuning flexibility.
