ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured to specific application length and damping tune, is fully serviceable, and features a piggyback/remote reservoir design with a 6061 billet aluminum manifold that creates an internal Bump Zone for added control at high-velocity compression.

Internal "Bump Zone": 6061 billet aluminum manifold increases damping by 20% to help prevent harsh bottom-outs and control suspension during high-speed compression.
Remote reservoir: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
Premium shock oil: Grade 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
Nitrogen-charged monotube: Monotube design with remote reservoir for reliable, consistent performance.
Piston and valving: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for superior on- and off-road ride quality.
Durable shaft: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
Mounting components: Polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems for OE-type fitment; PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
Aircraft-grade construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for excellent corrosion resistance and a consistent finish.
Serviceable: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.
Upgradeable: Compatible with ICON Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) upgrade for more user-defined tuning.
