ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an onboard computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes suspension data in real time. Inputs from an integrated G-force sensor and gyroscope are evaluated by custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. The system can collect information at over 1000 times per second, process that data, and deliver adjustments to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 milliseconds.

The IIC connects via Bluetooth to the ICON mobile App, providing a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust shock performance. Users can change baseline firmness, tune vertical “G-Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost” sensitivity, select from preconfigured Drive Modes (Normal, Desert, Haul), or create unlimited custom presets. The App also logs trip data including time, speed, distance, and G-forces.

High-speed processing: Performs calculations at a rate exceeding 1000 times per second.
