ICON Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit
This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is engineered to improve front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment, and enhance suspension component clearance for 2023–2026 GMC Canyon and Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss and ZR2 models.
Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H-beam cross-section, these arms are lightweight and resist bending forces better than tubular designs. The OE ball joint is replaced with the ICON Delta Joint PRO — a serviceable, rebuildable joint that allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. 3/4" heim joints at the chassis pivots provide precise, smooth operation, and ICON’s double adjuster sleeve enables on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. All necessary components and hardware for a complete install are included.
The ICON Delta Joint PRO combines durability and performance, offering a larger ball with significantly more bearing surface, improved sealing and lubrication, and enhanced articulation for bind-free suspension movement. The joint features a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races machined to tight tolerances, and redesigned lubricant channels for efficient grease distribution.
