ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific monotube shocks engineered for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for its application in both length and damping tune. The design features a piggyback/remote reservoir arrangement, an internal Bump Zone created by a 6061 billet aluminum manifold, and an externally adjustable CDC Valve for user tuning. These shocks are fully serviceable for long-term use.

• CDC Valve: Externally adjustable with 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability.
• Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold increases damping by approximately 20% to prevent harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression.
• Remote reservoir: Improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
• Shock oil: Premium grade 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
• Monotube design: Nitrogen-charged monotube with piggyback reservoir.
• Piston and valving: One-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving for balanced on- and off-road performance and ride quality.
• Shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft.
• Mounting and bearings: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and a consistent finish.
• Serviceability: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.

Notes

• Compatible with 1–3" of rear lift over stock.
• Will not fit models with factory rear air suspension. Vehicles equipped with rear air suspension require rear coil conversion and rear coil springs.
• Vehicles equipped with Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS) also require a rear track bar.
