ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks deliver exceptional off-road performance and a smooth on-road ride. Each shock is configured for specific vehicle applications in both length and damping tune. These monotube shocks feature a piggyback or remote reservoir design, a proprietary internal Bump Zone for added control, and are fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability.

Internal "Bump Zone": 6061 billet aluminum manifold creates an internal bump zone that increases damping by approximately 20% to reduce harsh bottom outs and control high-velocity compression.
Serviceable design: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable for customizable performance and long life.
CDCV upgradeable: Piggyback and remote reservoir models can be upgraded to ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) for more user-defined tuning.
Improved heat dissipation: Remote reservoir design helps reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
High-quality lubrication: Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
Robust construction: Nitrogen-charged monotube design with piggyback reservoir and one-piece digressive piston with vehicle-specific valving.
Durable components: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shaft; PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
Precision-machined aluminum: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
