ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)

The ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) is an on-vehicle computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes suspension data in real time. Onboard G‑force and gyroscope sensors feed custom algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. The IIC can collect information at over 1000 times per second, process the data and send adjustments to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shocks in under 40 milliseconds. It also serves as the data driver to connect the user to the ICON mobile app for monitoring and adjusting shock settings. The unit mounts using application-specific brackets, hardware, and wire harnesses for a clean installation.

The ICON mobile app provides a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust system performance via a wireless connection. Users can change shock baseline firmness, tune the sensitivity of vertical “G‑Boost” and lateral “Corner Boost,” select preconfigured drive modes, create unlimited custom presets, and record trip data including time, speed, distance, and G‑forces for a complete trip overview.
