ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to maximize wheel travel and damping capability for improved vehicle control and ride quality. The system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDXS remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks, and multi-rate leaf springs for rear ride tuning.

• Steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry.
• Front coilovers: Tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and CDXS valving; height adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" front lift (varies by vehicle configuration).
• Increased wheel travel: Up to a 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 kits.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with patented rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for improved strength, durability, alignment range, and articulation.
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed shafts.
• CDXS adjustment: Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) provides independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each.
• Multi-rate leaf springs: Three rear spring rates for ride height customization, reduced axle wrap, and improved ride quality; billet aluminum lowering shackles included.
• Materials & hardware: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, FK rod end bearings, and CNC-machined alloy mounting hardware.
• Install: 100% bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required.

The Delta Joint PRO is a rebuildable, serviceable articulation joint that increases bearing surface and articulation range while improving lubrication sealing and durability. It features a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and redesigned lubricant channels for longer life and smoother suspension movement.

Multi-rate rear spring options (with billet shackles):

• Option 1 (as shipped): Approximately +1.50" rear lift over stock (unloaded).
• Option 2: Approximately +2.75" rear lift over stock (unloaded) or +1.50" rear lift with 400 lb constant load; increases spring rate by ~20% over Option 1.

Recommended wheel and tire guidance:

• Aftermarket tire fitment: Up to 34" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Aftermarket wheel recommendations: 17x8.5" with 5" backspace / 6 mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6 mm offset; 20x9" with 5.625" backspace / 16 mm offset.
• OEM wheel fitment: Not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled or continuous controlled damping suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part number 611081 is required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of OnBoard Scales, if equipped.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Front lift range varies by vehicle configuration and equipment; common ranges include approximately 3.0–4.0", 3.25–4.25", and 3.5–4.5" over stock depending on engine and suspension options. Rear lift typically ranges from 1.5–3.5" depending on spring configuration and load.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines typically see a front lift range near 3.25–4.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines typically see a front lift range near 3.0–4.0" over stock.
