ICON RXT Rear Suspension System for Ford SVT Raptor

The ICON RXT Rear Suspension System is a complete bolt-on upgrade engineered to expand the rear travel and overall capability of the Ford SVT Raptor. Developed through extensive real-world testing and R&D, this system replaces limiting OE components with high-performance coilovers, adjustable control arms, hydraulic bump stops, and a multi-rate leaf spring pack to improve control, durability, and off-road performance.

Front 3.0 Coilover Shock overview

The 3.0 front coilover uses a true 3" main piston with digressive rebound and a flutter stack compression design for improved road holding and off-road response. An internal hydraulic stage delivers additional control during the final 40% of travel for maximum bottom-out control. Coilovers include an external compression damping control valve with 10 detents for easy ride tuning and adjustable ride height between 1" and 3".

Billet Delta Joint Upper Control Arms

Upper control arms are CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and feature ICON’s patented Delta Joint for high-angle articulation with improved durability and resistance to contamination. Rod-end adjustability allows quick alignment changes without removing the arms, retaining factory track width while improving tire clearance.

Rear hydraulic bump stop kit

The hydraulic bump stop replaces the OE foam unit with a velocity-sensitive hydraulic design that absorbs more energy at higher speeds. The clamshell bracket and triangulated cross braces provide a rigid mounting point and reinforce a known weak area of the frame. A removable spacer allows increased up-travel when paired with the RXT leaf spring and rear shock.

RXT multi-rate leaf spring

The RXT leaf spring pack is a user-adjustable, multi-rate design that reduces friction and improves ride comfort while increasing durability. Features include tip inserts, leaf separators, military-wrapped eyelets, and a rebound leaf to minimize axle wrap. An extra leaf is supplied for adding spring rate to accommodate heavier loads.

• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or additional modifications)
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Aftermarket exhaust may need slight modification for use with this kit.
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain advertised wheel travel. Use of other manufacturers' components (leaf springs, bump stop kit, shocks) may prevent advertised wheel travel and could cause damage.
