The ICON Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia builds on the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum upper and lower rear links and an adjustable billet rear track bar. This turnkey system improves on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, corrected alignment specs, and increased front and rear lift range to accommodate up to 35" tires.
The system includes VS 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with ICON CDC Valves for externally adjustable compression (10 settings), allowing significant front lift adjustability when used with the billet front upper control arms. The larger 2.5" shock bodies, vehicle-specific valving and increased piston area provide increased travel (up to ~40% over stock), superior ride quality, and improved heat dissipation to resist damper fade under heavy use.
Included front tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry with added caster and improved suspension clearance. They replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Sway bar drop brackets minimize link bind through the suspension travel range, enabling freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
Rear tubular adjustable upper and lower links are constructed from 1-3/4" x .313 wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. Links feature PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, multi-durometer bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation, and on-vehicle length adjustability for pinion angle correction.
Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort, excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. Rear lift depends on the vehicle’s stock suspension package to achieve a level stance front-to-rear.
The billet rear adjustable track bar is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized to match the billet link finish. Double-adjuster rod end threads allow fine on-vehicle track bar length adjustment without removal.
Rounding out the system are ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDC Valves and a unique internal Bump Zone that increases damping during hard bottom outs. Remote reservoirs increase fluid volume and cooling for consistent damping during heavy use. Paired with the front coilovers, these shocks provide a balanced, controllable driving experience.
