ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride quality, travel, and off-road capability. Building on the Stage 9 design, Stage 10 adds billet aluminum upper and lower rear links and an adjustable billet rear track bar, plus a billet front upper control arm kit, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coils, and CDCV 2.5 Series coilovers and rear remote reservoir shocks for a balanced, tunable setup capable of fitting aggressive 35" tires.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDC Valves provide increased oil volume, improved cooling, up to 40% more travel over stock, and 10 compression damping settings for on- and off-road control.
• Billet front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add camber/caster adjustment, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets minimize link bind through suspension travel to preserve full wheel travel and reduce stress on OE components.
• Billet rear adjustable upper and lower links are CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends, double-adjuster on-vehicle length adjustment, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet, maintenance-free articulation.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs deliver a compliant ride with firm overload resistance, designed to provide rear lift for proper stance and improved off-road performance.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar centers the axle after lift and allows on-vehicle fine adjustment via double-adjuster rod end threads.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks matched to the front coilovers for consistent damping, improved heat dissipation, and a Bump Zone that increases damping for hard bottom-outs; CDC Valves provide 10 compression settings.
• All shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable to extend service life and maintain performance.

Performance & fitment highlights: Adjustable front lift range when used with the billet front UCAs generally allows 3–4.5" of front lift over stock on most Sequoia submodels (shorter ranges for TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro variants). Rear lift is provided via dual-rate coils and is configured to yield proper front-to-rear stance depending on the factory suspension package.

Wheel & tire compatibility: OEM wheels and tires fit. Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets are approximately 25 mm. Suitable tire size up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).

Included hardware & construction: CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum components are anodized for corrosion resistance. Rod ends are PTFE-lined and assemblies use multi-durometer bushings to reduce noise and eliminate the need for periodic greasing.

Adjustability & serviceability: Remote reservoirs and CDC valves allow external compression adjustment across 10 settings. Many components, including shocks and delta joints, are serviceable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance and re-tuning.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle accessories or weight will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Sequoias equipped with automatic leveling headlights require additional parts for proper integration.
• For some 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop or axle modifications are recommended to avoid front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• After installation, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, additional hardware is required for proper fitment.
• Most Sequoia submodels will achieve approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 4" of rear lift over stock; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see 1–2.5" front lift and 2" rear lift. Alternate kit options are available for different rear ride height targets.
