The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum rear links and an adjustable rear track bar. Designed for improved on- and off-road performance, the kit includes 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS, billet front upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, billet rear links, an adjustable billet rear track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks. The system increases lift range and provides the tuning capability to fit aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining ride quality and suspension travel.
Coilovers and damping — V.S. 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS provide up to 3–4.5" of front lift when used with the billet front upper control arms, increased piston area and shock travel (up to ~40% more than stock), and improved heat dissipation to resist damper fade. CDXS offers independent low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning of handling and ride aggressiveness.
Front control arms and joints — Billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment, and improve suspension clearance. They include the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
Rear links and track bar — CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings increase articulation, reduce deflection, and allow on-vehicle length adjustment. The billet adjustable rear track bar centers the axle on lifted vehicles and features on-vehicle double-adjuster threads for fine tuning.
Rear springs and shocks — Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height spring with a firmer overload rate for comfort and bottoming resistance, yielding 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoias and 2" on TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro models. 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks are tuned to match the coilovers, include a Bump Zone that increases damping force for hard bottom-outs, and feature CDXS compression adjustment for balanced front-to-rear control.
