ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum rear links and an adjustable rear track bar. Designed for improved on- and off-road performance, the kit includes 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS, billet front upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, billet rear links, an adjustable billet rear track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks. The system increases lift range and provides the tuning capability to fit aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining ride quality and suspension travel.

Coilovers and damping — V.S. 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS provide up to 3–4.5" of front lift when used with the billet front upper control arms, increased piston area and shock travel (up to ~40% more than stock), and improved heat dissipation to resist damper fade. CDXS offers independent low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning of handling and ride aggressiveness.

Front control arms and joints — Billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment, and improve suspension clearance. They include the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Rear links and track bar — CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings increase articulation, reduce deflection, and allow on-vehicle length adjustment. The billet adjustable rear track bar centers the axle on lifted vehicles and features on-vehicle double-adjuster threads for fine tuning.

Rear springs and shocks — Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height spring with a firmer overload rate for comfort and bottoming resistance, yielding 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoias and 2" on TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro models. 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks are tuned to match the coilovers, include a Bump Zone that increases damping force for hard bottom-outs, and feature CDXS compression adjustment for balanced front-to-rear control.

  • Vehicle-specific design for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping and heat control
  • Adjustable front ride height — typically 3–4.5" over stock (depending on submodel and components)
  • ICON CDXS on all shock absorbers for independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment
  • Billet aluminum upper control arms for strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Delta Joint PRO in UCAs for serviceable, rebuildable operation and full articulation
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel
  • Billet rear upper and lower links for improved rear articulation and pinion angle adjustment
  • Dual-rate rear coil springs for improved ride quality and 2" or 4" of rear lift depending on stock suspension
  • On-vehicle adjustable rear track bar to center the axle and fine-tune rear suspension performance
  • Rebuildable shocks — all ICON shock absorbers are fully serviceable and re-tunable

Notes:

  • OEM wheel and tire fitment: compatible. Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" or 18x9" with approximately 25mm offset.
  • Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50"; minor fender trimming or modifications may be required for full fitment.
  • Most Sequoia submodels will achieve approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 4" of rear lift over stock. Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off-Road Package or TRD Pro will generally achieve approximately 1–2.5" front lift and 2" rear lift. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter actual lift ranges.
  • Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to maintain consistent damping under heavy use.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension generally require additional components (part number 55153) to retain proper functionality.
  • For certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or compatible axles (additional components such as part number 55156 or specified axle replacements) may be recommended to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
  • Some installs may require additional parts for TRD aluminum skid plates or other submodel-specific equipment (for example, part number 55164). Consult fitment requirements for your specific vehicle configuration.
  • After installation, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required.
