ICON Stage 14 Complete Suspension System — 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra

The Stage 14 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra delivers enhanced on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, increased travel, and refined alignment for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system pairs 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDEV electronic compression valves, tubular front upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint PRO, triple-rate rear coil springs, adjustable tubular rear links, a billet adjustable rear track bar, sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks.

Front coilovers are vehicle-specific 2.5 Series units with remote reservoirs and CDE Valves, providing increased piston area, improved cooling, and up to a 40% increase in travel over stock when used with the included tubular UCAs. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist damper fade under heavy use. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) and the CDEV valves enable in-vehicle, near-instant compression damping adjustments and wireless control via the IIC app.

The tubular front UCAs correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase component clearance, and replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel without bind. Sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind through the suspension travel range to preserve full wheel travel.

The rear suspension uses triple-rate coil springs tuned for a softer ride and droop rate with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Tubular steel adjustable rear upper and lower links are built from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation, reduced deflection, and noise-free operation. The billet rear adjustable track bar provides on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle on lifted trucks.

The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks offer larger-diameter performance, improved cooling, and a unique internal Bump Zone that increases damping force to better control hard bottom-outs. Paired with the front CDEV coilovers, the system provides a balanced, tunable ride from street to off-road. All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

  • Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra
  • Front damping: 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir coilovers with electronic compression valve and IIC compatibility
  • Front lift range: Adjustable; typical range when used with included UCAs is 2"–3.5" over stock
  • Front geometry: Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint PRO for improved caster and full articulation
  • Rear springs: Triple-rate coils for improved ride quality, bottoming resistance, and off-road performance
  • Rear lift: Nets 0.75" rear lift on TRD-equipped/ TRD Pro models; 1.25" rear lift on non-TRD models
  • Rear control: Tubular adjustable upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings
  • Track bar: Billet adjustable rear track bar for on-vehicle fine adjustment
  • Shock features: Remote reservoirs, improved cooling, Bump Zone, rebuildable and re-tunable
  • Sway bar: Included drop brackets to reduce link bind and preserve wheel travel
  • Balanced tune: Front and rear CDEV-equipped shocks provide active compression damping for balanced vehicle control

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace / 25mm offset.
  • Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable.
  • Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
  • Front lift variations by sub-model: TRD Pro typically 0–1.5" front lift; most i-Force gasoline models 2–3.5" front lift; most i-Force MAX hybrid models 2–3" front lift; SR5 with TRD Sport suspension 3–4.5" front lift.
  • Rear springs: included rear springs net 0.75" of rear lift on Tundra models with a TRD suspension package (including TRD Pro); Tundra without a TRD suspension package will net 1.25" of rear lift. For lower rear ride heights, consider ICON part K53204T.
  • For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, diff drop part #55156 or appropriate axle upgrades are recommended to avoid front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
  • If equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension, additional hardware (part #55153) may be required.
  • If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part #55164 may be required.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
  • An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for wireless shock control.
