ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 14 Suspension System — 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 14 suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra combines remote-reservoir 2.5 Series coilover technology, tubular control arms, triple-rate rear coils, adjustable rear links and a billet adjustable track bar to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, greater suspension travel and refined ride quality. The system is tuned to provide increased lift and alignment correction for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.

  • Vehicle-specific design for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra.
  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDE Valve compression control for active, in-vehicle damping adjustment.
  • Adjustable front ride height — typically 2–3.5" over stock when used with the included tubular upper control arms, enabling larger wheel and tire combinations.
  • Increased travel — ICON shock lengths and valving with larger 2.5" bodies provide up to 40% more wheel travel over stock for improved off-road capability and ride quality.
  • ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDE valves for near-instant compression damping adjustments and wireless configuration via the IIC app.
  • Tubular front upper control arms with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint Pro for full bump and droop travel and corrected front-end geometry.
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full suspension articulation without overstressing OE components.
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs deliver a softer ride droop rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance and off-road performance — nets approximately 0.5" rear lift on non-TRD Tundra or 0" rear lift on TRD-equipped models.
  • Tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links constructed from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection and on-vehicle adjustability.
  • Billet rear adjustable track bar CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum with on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle on lifted trucks.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with internal Bump Zone and CDE Valve for consistent damping, improved heat dissipation and a balanced tune with the front coilovers.
  • All ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable.
  • Tire fitment — supports up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming on most configurations.

Notes

  • Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight (accessories, armor, etc.) will alter lift range.
  • Some vehicle configurations require additional ICON parts: vehicles with automatic-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension require part number 55153; TRD aluminum skid plate may require part number 55164; certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package may require ICON Diff Drop (part number 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
  • Front lift height ranges vary by sub-model and equipment: Tundra TRD Pro typically 0–1.5" front lift; many i-Force gasoline models 2–3.5" front lift; many i-Force MAX hybrid models 2–3" front lift; SR5 with TRD Sport package may see 3–4.5" front lift. Rear springs will net approximately 0.5" rear lift on non-TRD models and remain at stock height on many TRD-equipped trucks.
