ICON Stage 14 Complete Suspension System — 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 14 suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, expanded lift height range, and compatibility with up to 35" tires. The package combines 2.5 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms, front sway bar drop brackets, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet rear links, and an adjustable billet rear track bar for a balanced, tunable ride and increased wheel travel.

The 2.5 Series front coilovers feature ICON’s CDE Valve (CDEV) electronic compression control and remote reservoirs for increased oil capacity and heat dissipation. Together with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), the system can actively adjust compression damping via the ICON app for near-instantaneous response to terrain and driving inputs. ICON billet aluminum UCAs correct front-end geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.

The rear triple-rate coil springs deliver a softer droop and ride rate with a firmer overload rate for improved on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and off-road capability. Billet adjustable rear upper and lower links use PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustment. The billet adjustable rear track bar centers the axle on lifted vehicles and allows on-vehicle fine adjustment.

  • Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra.
  • Front coilovers: 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with CDE Valve for active compression damping and superior cooling.
  • Front lift adjustability: Up to 0.75–3.5" (varies by sub-model and options) when used with included billet UCAs, supporting larger wheel/tire combinations.
  • Increased travel: Allows up to ~40% more front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components.
  • Billet UCAs: CNC-machined aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint PRO for improved geometry and full articulation.
  • Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind and allow full suspension travel.
  • Rear springs: Triple-rate coils for improved ride quality and bottoming resistance; specific rear lift values vary by suspension package.
  • Rear links & track bar: CNC-machined billet aluminum adjustable links with PTFE-lined rod ends and an on-vehicle adjustable billet track bar for axle centering.
  • Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks with CDE Valves and internal Bump Zone for additional damping on hard bottom-outs.
  • Serviceability: ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
  • Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (approximately 25 mm offset).
  • Recommended aftermarket tires: up to 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable; ICON shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.
  • Advertised lift heights and ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or extra weight will alter lift range.
  • Included rear springs typically net 0.75" of rear lift on Tundra models with a TRD suspension package (including TRD Pro); non-TRD Tundra models typically net 1.25" of rear lift. For lower rear ride heights, consider ICON part K53204.
  • Most Tundra sub-models equipped with the i-Force gasoline engine will have a front lift height range of approximately 1.25–3.5" over stock.
  • Most Tundra sub-models equipped with the i-Force MAX hybrid engine will have a front lift height range of approximately 0.75–3" over stock.
  • Tundra TRD Pro front lift height range is approximately 0–1.5" over stock.
  • Tundra SR5 equipped with the TRD Sport package will have a front lift range of approximately 2.25–4.5".
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
  • Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension may require additional parts (referenced part numbers in documentation).
  • If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional part may be required (referenced part numbers in documentation).
  • For some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a diff drop kit or axle upgrade is recommended to avoid front axle stress; not required for TRD Pro.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • An iOS-operated device is required to run ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for configuration and wireless control of CDEV settings.
