ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra adds triple-rate rear coil springs and an adjustable rear track bar to the Stage 10 platform. The system improves on- and off-road performance with externally adjustable compression damping, corrected alignment geometry, and increased front lift height range to suit up to 35" tires. Kit highlights include remote-reservoir 2.5" front coilovers with CDC Valves, tubular front upper control arms, billet aluminum rear links, front sway bar drop brackets, and 2.5" aluminum remote-reservoir rear shocks.

Front coilovers are ICON Vehicle-Specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir units with CDC Valves, offering adjustable front ride height and up to a 40% increase in wheel travel versus stock. Remote reservoirs increase fluid capacity and cooling to resist fade under heavy use. The CDC Valves provide 10 settings of compression damping adjustment for on- and off-road tuning.

Tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, improve component clearance, and replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel while reducing bind.

Sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Rear triple-rate coil springs combine softer droop/ride rates with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, improved bottoming resistance, and enhanced off-road performance. Rear springs are designed to net approximately 0.75" of rear lift on TRD-equipped Tundra models and approximately 1.25" on non-TRD Tundra models.

Rear adjustable links are tubular DOM construction with PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection. Multi-durometer bushings provide noise-free operation and maximum angularity with minimal maintenance.

Billet adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle on lifted trucks. The track bar is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized to match the billet link hardware.

2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks are valved to match the front coilovers for balanced front-to-rear control. They include remote reservoirs for improved cooling and a unique internal Bump Zone that increases damping force for hard bottom-outs. These shocks also use CDC Valves with 10 compression settings and are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Included components deliver a complete, vehicle-specific suspension solution for improved travel, control, and ride quality both on pavement and off-road.

• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Tundra/Sequoia equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension may require part #55153.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension (verify vehicle options).
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop (part #55156) or TRD axles may be required to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, part #55164 is also required.
• Typical front lift ranges by sub-model: TRD Pro ~0–1.5" over stock; most i-Force gasoline sub-models ~2–3.5" over stock; most i-Force MAX hybrid sub-models ~2–3" over stock.
• Included rear springs net approximately 0.75" of rear lift on TRD-equipped Tundra and TRD Pro; non-TRD Tundra nets approximately 1.25". For lower rear ride heights, consider ICON part #K53201T.
• OEM wheels and tires remain compatible. Recommended aftermarket wheel size: 17x8.5" with ~25 mm offset. Recommended tire size: 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming may be required).
