ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 11 suspension system for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra improves on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, triple-rate rear coil springs, and an adjustable rear track bar. Designed for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, the system increases front lift height range and improves alignment specifications while delivering superior ride quality and suspension travel.

  • Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series CDXS remote reservoir front coilovers — Adjustable for ride height and equipped with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) for independent high- and low-speed compression tuning (10 detented settings each).
  • Tubular front upper control arms (UCAs) — Corrects front-end geometry, adds caster, improves clearance, and uses the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding.
  • Triple-rate rear coil springs — Softer droop and ride rates with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and enhanced off-road performance.
  • Adjustable tubular rear links — Heavy-duty DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustability.
  • Billet adjustable rear track bar — CNC-machined aluminum with on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle after lift.
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks — Larger diameter, improved cooling, internal bump zone for extra damping on hard bottom outs, and CDXS compression adjustment for balanced front-to-rear control.
  • Sway bar drop brackets — Reduce link bind through suspension travel to preserve full wheel travel and reduce stress on OE components.
  • Rebuildable components — All ICON shock absorbers and serviceable joints are rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term maintenance and performance tuning.

The 2.5 Series coilovers provide increased piston area and shock body volume for improved travel (up to 40% more front travel over stock when properly installed) and better heat dissipation via remote reservoirs to resist damper fade under heavy use. CDXS compression valves allow precise tuning of handling response and overall aggressiveness.

Tubular UCAs restore correct geometry and add caster for improved steering feel and tire wear. The Delta Joint PRO is a serviceable, rebuildable joint designed to allow full suspension travel without binding.

Rear components are built for durability and articulation: multi-stage powder coat on DOM tubing, PTFE-lined rod ends, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and maximum angularity without routine greasing.

The tune-matched combination of front CDXS coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks provides a balanced driving experience, blending street comfort with off-road capability.

Key specifications and recommendations

  • Designed for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra.
  • Front ride height adjustability generally ranges from approximately 2"–3.5" over stock depending on engine and sub-model.
  • Rear springs typically net 0.5" of lift on non-TRD models; TRD-equipped models remain near stock rear height.
  • Supports up to 35" tires (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: near 25 mm (verify wheel/tire fitment before install).
  • All shocks are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable.

Notes

  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles; adding accessories or extra weight will alter lift and vehicle stance.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear air suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
  • If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights or certain factory adaptive systems, additional components or provisions may be required for proper fitment.
  • For some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or upgraded axle components may be recommended to prevent front axle damage; verify drivetrain compatibility before installation.
  • Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after lift installation.
  • Front lift ranges vary by sub-model: typical ranges include approximately 2"–3.5" for many i-Force gasoline models, ~2"–3" for i-Force MAX hybrid models, ~3"–4.5" for some TRD Sport configurations, and lower ranges for TRD Pro models.
  • If taller rear ride heights are desired beyond the included springs, consider selecting compatible optional rear spring upgrades.
