ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system upgrades the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum adjustable upper and lower rear links, advanced remote-reservoir shocks, and a billet front upper control arm package. Designed for improved on- and off-road performance, the system provides increased front lift height range, enhanced alignment capability, and the ability to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35" (minor fender trimming may be required).

Front suspension components include 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers with ICON CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) valves and billet aluminum upper control arms. The 2.5" shock body and vehicle-specific valving increase piston area and available travel (up to ~40% more than stock), while remote reservoirs boost oil volume and heat dissipation to resist fade. CDXS offers independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for precise tuning.

Front upper control arms (UCAs) are billet aluminum designs that correct front-end geometry, increase on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improve component clearance. The UCAs use a serviceable, high-articulation joint to allow full bump and droop travel while reducing bind.

The included sway bar drop brackets reduce sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel, helping the suspension move freely and preventing overstress of OE components.

Rear links are CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum, anodized for corrosion resistance, and use PTFE-lined rod ends with a double-adjuster system for on-vehicle length adjustment. Multi-durometer bushings provide quiet, maintenance-free operation with maximum angularity.

Rear shocks are 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir units with CDXS damping and a tuned internal Bump Zone that increases damping force during hard bottom-outs. Matched with the front coilovers, these rear shocks deliver balanced vehicle control for improved ride and handling. All ICON shocks in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

  • Vehicle-specific design: 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra
  • 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS for superior damping and control
  • Adjustable front ride height: varies by sub-model and options; typical ranges provided in notes
  • Billet aluminum UCAs for strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
  • Patented high-articulation joint in UCAs for full bump/droop travel and reduced bind
  • Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel
  • Billet adjustable rear upper and lower links for improved rear articulation and pinion angle adjustment
  • 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDXS and Bump Zone for balanced performance
  • Fully serviceable shocks: rebuildable and re-tunable

Notes

  • OEM wheels and tires will fit. Recommended aftermarket wheel size: 17x8.5" with ~5.75" backspace (approx. 25 mm offset).
  • Recommended aftermarket tire: 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and/or modifications may be required for fitment).
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights are quoted for stock-equipped vehicles; additional vehicle accessories or increased weight will alter effective lift range.
  • Front lift ranges vary by engine, trim, and factory suspension:
    • Most i-Force gasoline models: ~1.25–3.5" front lift when used with included billet UCAs.
    • Most i-Force MAX hybrid models: ~0.75–3.0" front lift.
    • TRD Pro models: lower achievable front lift (approximately 0–1.75").
    • TRD Sport-equipped models: higher front lift range available (examples up to ~2.25–4.5' depending on configuration).
  • Included rear shocks compatibility:
    • Models without TRD suspension: compatible with approximately 0–1.5" of rear lift (with rear coil springs).
    • Models with TRD suspension or TRD Pro: compatible with approximately 0–1.0" of rear lift.
  • Some 4WD models without TRD Off-Road hardware may benefit from a differential drop or axle modifications to prevent front axle stress; consult a qualified installer for recommendations.
  • Vehicles equipped with auto-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension may require additional components or modifications for proper integration.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
