1998 - 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series Front and Rear Shock Kit
The 1998 - 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series features a compact torsion bar IFS front suspension that requires precise control in a confined space. When lift is added via torsion bar adjustment, additional spring energy must be absorbed to maintain handling and control. To meet these demands, this kit includes a high-capacity 2.5" aluminum front shock designed for minimal deflection and heavy-duty 2.0" aluminum rear IFP shocks to provide balanced damping front to rear.
- Vehicle-specific tuned front and rear shocks for superior damping and suspension control
- CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components for strength and durability
- One-piece impact-extruded aluminum front cylinders for excellent corrosion resistance and consistent finish
- Spherical rod end lower bearing and heavy-duty upper stem bushings to minimize deflection under high loads
- 2.0" aluminum body rear IFP shocks with 5/8" shaft for balanced rear damping
- 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required
Notes
- OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes
- Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17 x 8.5 with 4.75" backspace / 0 mm offset
- Recommended aftermarket tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
- Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
- Kits consist of shocks only. Additional components are required to achieve desired lift height over stock.
- If alignment cams are adjusted to the maximum inward setting (negative camber), the control arm may contact the 2.5" shock at full droop; an aftermarket arm is required.
