ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks

ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific, length- and damping-tuned monotube shocks engineered for outstanding off-road performance and a smooth on‑road ride. Available in piggyback and remote-reservoir configurations, they feature a 6061 aluminum internal manifold that creates an internal Bump Zone to increase damping and reduce harsh bottom-outs. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable and can be upgraded with ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV).

One-piece digressive piston: vehicle-specific valving for exceptional performance and ride quality on and off-road
Premium 5WT shock oil: consistent damping across a wide temperature range
Internal Bump Zone: 6061 billet aluminum manifold increases damping by approximately 20% to control high-velocity compression
One-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders: excellent corrosion resistance and consistent finish
PTFE-lined spherical bearings: with application-specific mounting hardware
7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft: durable and wear-resistant
