ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series

ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are vehicle-specific monotube shocks designed to deliver outstanding off-road performance and a smooth street ride. Each shock is configured for the application in both length and damping tune, and is fully serviceable, rebuildable, and revalveable. ICON’s internal Bump Zone—created by a 6061 billet aluminum manifold below the top cap—adds approximately 20% additional damping to help prevent harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression. These shocks are compatible with ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) upgrade for more user-defined tuning.

• Vehicle-specific valving: One-piece digressive piston design tuned for application-specific performance and ride quality on- and off-road.
• Premium shock oil: Grade 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.
• Internal Bump Zone: Adds 20% more damping as the shock approaches full compression to reduce bottom-outs.
• Durable construction: One-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish; 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components.
• High-quality hardware: PTFE-lined spherical bearings and application-specific mounting hardware.
• Hardened shaft: 7/8" diameter induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shafts.
• Reservoir design: Nitrogen-charged monotube with piggyback/remote reservoir to improve heat dissipation and reduce shock fade during prolonged use.
• Upgradeable: Piggyback and remote reservoir 2.5 Series shocks can be upgraded to the Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV).
• Serviceability: 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 20x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 37 x 12.50 (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Compatible with 7" of front lift over stock for 2005–2019 F-250/F-350 4WD.
• Compatible with 7–8" of front lift over stock for 2020–2025 F-250/F-350 4WD without Tremor package.
• Compatible with 6–7" of front lift over stock for 2020–2025 F-250/F-350 4WD equipped with the Tremor package.
