The 2.5 VS Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit adds performance and adjustability to 2005-2023 F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks. The coilover conversion increases overall damping capability while allowing user-defined ride height adjustment. Built with quality machined components and a fully serviceable design, these coilovers are rebuildable and re-valveable.

• Bolt-in fitment: Fits in OE coil bucket location
• Ride height adjustable: Provides 2.5-3" or 3.25-3.75" of front lift depending on truck year
• Improved dynamics: Decreased body roll and better on- and off-road ride control
• Vehicle-specific valving: Tuned valving for improved ride quality and control
• Serviceable design: Shocks are fully rebuildable and re-valveable
• Secondary shock capable: Coilover conversion allows addition of a secondary shock
• Durable construction: Corrosion resistant CAD-plated shock body with 7/8" shaft
• Long-life components: Engineered coil springs and rod-end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection

• Factory wheels & tires fitment: Yes
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (37" x 12.50" may require fender trimming and additional modifications)
• Only fits 4WD models
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but is not required
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation
• Lift heights referenced are based on 4WD Crew Cab diesel unless otherwise noted
• Secondary shock options are available
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation
• Front lift height ranges by model:
  • 2005-2019 Super Duty diesel: 2.5-3" over stock
  • 2020-2022 Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 3.25-3.75" over stock
  • 2020-2022 Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 2.25-2.75" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel without Tremor: 2.5-3" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty diesel with Tremor: 1.5-2" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty gas without Tremor: 3-3.5" over stock
  • 2023 Super Duty gas with Tremor: 2-2.5" over stock
  • Will not fit 2024 models
• 2005-2016 F-250s require 4" rear blocks with a 15" U-bolt kit to sit level with a 2.5" lifted front; appropriate block and U-bolt kits for those model years are required
• Brake line kit (Part #61111) is optional for 2017-2023 models for users who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
• If installing with 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit (Part #611003) is required
• Due to tight clearances and varying placement of the vehicle's wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing or damage to the wiring harness
