ICON Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit

This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit improves front-end geometry, increases camber and caster adjustment, and enhances suspension component clearance for 24-25 TOYO Tacoma, 24-25 TOYO Land Cruiser 250 Series, 25-26 TOYO 4Runner, and 24-26 Lexxus GX550 applications.

Constructed from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum with a hybrid H-beam cross-section, the arms are lightweight and resist bending better than tubular designs. The OE-style ball joint is replaced by the serviceable and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO, which provides full bump and droop travel without binding. FK Rod End 3/4" Heim joints at the chassis pivots deliver precise, smooth function throughout the suspension travel, while ICON’s double adjuster sleeve enables on-vehicle camber and caster adjustments.

The Delta Joint PRO features a larger ball for increased bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, and a redesigned grease distribution system. It offers a full 90 degrees of articulation, a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55, and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races for durable metal-to-metal bearing contact.

All necessary components and hardware for a complete install are included, along with a built-in O-ring sealed dust cover cap for added protection.
