Fits: 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma, 2024–2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner, 2024–2026 Lexus GX550.
Tubular upper control arms engineered to maximize front suspension travel and coilover performance on lifted vehicles. Built-in additional caster helps correct geometry for improved front-end alignment. The kit includes all components and hardware required for a complete install.
Delta Joint PRO delivers significant durability and articulation improvements. The joint is fully serviceable and rebuildable, provides up to 90° of articulation to minimize bind, and features an anodized billet aluminum dust cap protecting the grease fitting.
Frame pivot locations use serviceable heavy-duty dual-stage polyurethane bushings that are greaseable and rebuildable, pressed into precision CNC-machined housings for a responsive driving experience. Arms are constructed from heavy-wall 1026 DOM tubing, CNC formed and fixture welded, then finished in a multi-stage semi-gloss black powder coat.
Delta Joint PRO technical highlights: larger ball with approximately 56% more bearing surface than the previous design, a full 90° range of motion (about a 14% improvement), chromoly ball and shaft with bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and an improved lubrication system with optimized grease channels.
