This suspension system uses extended-length ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work within the factory steering geometry, preserving proper turning radius with oversized tires and wheels. The factory lower control arms are relocated using high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate for offroad protection. The factory front sway bar is retained and mounted with sway bar drops. The performance configuration includes front 2.5 coilover shocks and impact struts for aggressive offroad capability while maintaining a comfortable highway ride. Rear lift is achieved with a 3-inch block and u-bolt kit.
* Compatibility and installation notes: Cannot use OEM wheels and tires. Fits Double Cab and CrewMax models with 5.7L engine and automatic transmission only. Will not allow use of 17-inch wheels. Not compatible with TRD PRO models.
