Fabtech 5" Coilover Conversion for Jeep JL/JT Diesel

Fabtech’s 5" coilover conversion for Jeep JL and JT diesel models replaces the separate coil spring and shock arrangement with a Dirt Logic 2.5 stainless steel coilover to deliver superior offroad damping and an improved highway ride. Tuned specifically for Jeep applications, this conversion increases wheel travel and high-speed damping for a more controlled, comfortable ride.

  • Bolt-on design: Retains the factory coil spring bucket for straightforward installation.
  • Durable bracketry: Heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel axle brackets provide clearance for wide wheels and tires.
  • Enhanced travel: Provides up to 12.5" of wheel travel with Jeep-specific valving for balanced ride quality.
  • Premium shock construction: Dirt Logic stainless steel shock body for maximum corrosion resistance and longevity.
  • Remote reservoir: Billet aluminum reservoir improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade and maintain consistent damping.
  • High-strength components: 7/8" OD NitroSteel piston rod for greater strength than chrome rods.
  • Appearance: External aluminum parts are polished and anodized for a finished look.
  • Dual-rate springs & tunable valving: Engineered for excellent on- and off-road ride quality.
  • Rebuildable: Designed for serviceability and long-term use.
  • Optional upgrade: Compatible with the Dirt Logic 2.25 hydraulic bump stop kit for enhanced compression damping.

*Compatibility and installation notes: Fits 2020–2023 Jeep Wrangler JL 4-door 4WD and 2021–2023 Jeep Gladiator JT 4WD diesel models. Does not fit 4XE, Rubicon 392, or Mojave models. Bracketry allows clearance for 9" wide wheels with approximately 4.5" backspacing and up to 13.5" tire width. Installation is bolt-on but professional alignment is recommended after fitment.
