The BORLA® Cat-Back™ system delivers the classic S-Type exhaust note with minimal in-cabin drone, engineered for performance, durability, and a refined finish. Built from premium T-304 stainless steel with ultra-smooth mandrel bends and precision CNC manufacturing, this system maximizes flow and helps unlock horsepower, torque, and improved fuel efficiency.

Pipe diameter: 2.5" for optimized exhaust flow.
Tip: 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel for a distinctive look. Do not use BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 on black chrome tips; clean with hot water and a microfiber cloth.
Construction: T-304 stainless steel for long-lasting corrosion resistance and superior durability compared to T-400 series materials.
Design: Patented straight-through and multi-core technology to enhance exhaust velocity and performance.
Fit & finish: Ultra-smooth mandrel bends and CNC-precision components for an accurate fit and maximum flow.
Options: Available with a bright chrome tip and a High Clearance Climber / Rock Crawler configuration.

*Compatible vehicles and installation notes: This system fits 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 3.5L V6, automatic or manual transmission, 2- & 4-wheel drive for Extended (Access) Cab with Long Bed (6' 1") — 127.4" wheelbase, and Crew (Double) Cab with Standard Bed (5' 1") — 127.4" wheelbase. The system can also be used on Crew (Double) Cab with Long Bed (6' 1") — 140.6" wheelbase but requires Adapter 60593. A High Clearance Y-Pipe (60699) is available for use with this system; installation of 60699 requires cutting the original equipment (O.E.) exhaust system.
