ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 2 Suspension System

Designed for maximum performance on- and off-road, this Stage 2 suspension system increases wheel travel and damping for improved vehicle control and ride quality. It uses high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry, vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, and ICON-engineered coil springs. The front coilovers are height adjustable to provide approximately 3.5–4.5" of lift over stock (vehicle- and powertrain-dependent), allowing larger wheel and tire combinations and delivering up to a 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to prior ICON F-150 coilover kits.

Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms add strength and durability while helping retain factory alignment range and offering on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks are valved for the vehicle to balance damping front-to-rear. ICON multi-rate leaf springs provide rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap. Billet aluminum lowering shackles help maintain acceptable rear ride height without blocks.

The Delta Joint PRO is a rebuildable, serviceable articulation joint combining factory-style durability with motorsports-level performance. It features a larger ball for increased bearing surface, improved sealing and lubrication channels, extended articulation for bind-free movement, a hardened chromoly ball and shaft, and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races.

Multi-rate rear spring info: The multi-rate leaf pack allows configurable rear lift and spring rate. Typical unloaded rear lift ranges approximately +1.5" to +3.5" depending on selected spring rate and load; one configuration provides +1.5" unloaded, another increases spring rate ~20% and raises unloaded height to ~+2.75".

Performance tire and wheel guidance: Fits up to 34" x 12.50" tires in most configurations; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications. Aftermarket wheels with reduced offset/less backspace are commonly used to optimize fitment; common wheel sizes for this application include 17x8.5", 18x9", and 20x9".

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights quoted are for a stock-equipped vehicle; measured ranges may vary by model and equipment.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled/continuous controlled damping suspension.

• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with F-150 Raptor models.
• Not compatible with some vehicles equipped with onboard scales.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear of the vehicle.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will typically see a front lift range closer to 3.25"–4.25" over stock; Power Stroke diesel–equipped models will typically see a front lift range closer to 3"–4" over stock.
