ICON RXT Rear Suspension System

The ICON RXT Rear Suspension System is engineered to unlock greater rear wheel travel and control for the Ford SVT Raptor. The kit combines a velocity-sensitive hydraulic rear bump stop, a user-adjustable multi-rate leaf spring pack, and an RXT 3.0 rear bypass shock to deliver improved up-travel, down-travel, damping control, and durability for demanding off-road use.

System benefits: increases rear up-travel by approximately 20%, increases down-travel by approximately 30%, and provides adjustable spring rates to compensate for varying vehicle setups and added payload.

• Raptor Rear Bump Stop Kit: Velocity-sensitive 2.0 hydro-pneumatic bump stop that absorbs more energy at higher impact speeds. Removable spacer allows increased up-travel when combined with the RXT spring and shock. Features a 6061 billet cross bar, striker pad design that avoids leaf spring disassembly, clamshell frame brackets for added strength, and cross members/tension rods to stabilize frame rails.
• RXT Multi-Rate Leaf Spring: User-adjustable multi-rate leaf pack with tip inserts, leaf separators, triple military-wrapped front eyelet and rear half-wrap for increased durability, and a rebound leaf to reduce axle wrap. An extra leaf is included that can be installed to raise spring rate by approximately 10% or 20% for heavier builds.
• RXT 3.0 Rear Bypass Shock: Shorter collapsed length and extended travel via a side-mount eyelet design that fits factory mounts. Dual-hose recirculating reservoir with check valve exchanges hot and cooler fluid to reduce fade and maintain performance under sustained hard use.

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Aftermarket exhaust may need slight modification for use with this kit.
• Installation of the complete ICON system is required to attain the advertised wheel travel. Use of other manufacturers' components (re: leaf springs, bump stop kit, shocks) may not provide advertised wheel travel and could cause unknown damage.
