ICON Stage 3 3.0 Performance Shock System with Delta Joint Upper Control Arms for Ford SVT Raptor

Designed and tested for the Ford SVT Raptor, this Stage 3 system combines ICON’s 3.0 performance front coil-overs, Zeta 3.0 rear bypass shocks, hydraulic (air) bump stops, and fully adjustable billet Delta Joint upper control arms to deliver improved control, durability, and tunable ride quality for extreme off-road use as well as daily driving.

The front 3.0 coil-over shock uses a true 3.0” main piston with digressive rebound and flutter-stack compression tuning for excellent control and response. An internal hydraulic bump stage provides heavy-duty bottom-out control during the last portion of travel. An external, tool-free 10-position compression damping adjuster allows fine tuning across the full stroke for varied terrain and loads.

The rear Zeta 3.0 shocks are a three-tube external bypass design with individually tuned bypass valves and spring rates for distinct performance zones throughout travel. Bypass valves include dampened valve stops for quiet operation. Tool-free, high-resolution adjuster knobs provide on-the-fly tuning from plush to firm, and replaceable bypass tubes reduce long-term rebuild costs.

ICON’s hydraulic bump stop (air bump) combines oil and nitrogen to function as both spring and damper. The unit is tunable to remain compliant at low speeds and ramp up to absorb extreme impacts at high speed. The system uses a 2.5" travel air bump and a reinforced clamshell bracket with triangulated cross-braces to protect and support the frame mounting area.

The billet upper control arms feature ICON’s patented Delta Joint — a heavy-duty, high-angle joint that blends the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. The Delta Joint has a zinc-plated housing and greaseable seal for corrosion resistance and quiet, long-lasting operation. The arms offer on-vehicle rod-end adjustability for quick alignment and track-width retention while improving tire clearance.
