The Stage 2 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride control and off-road capability with ICON’s 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks and CDXS front coilovers. The system improves alignment geometry, increases lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and includes tubular front upper control arms, billet rear adjustable links, a sway bar drop kit, an adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs for balanced on- and off-road performance.
The vehicle-specific 3.0 Series CDXS front coilovers provide adjustable compression damping with independent high- and low-speed adjustment (10 detent settings each), increased piston surface area, and a multi-stage hydraulic bump zone for superior bottom-out resistance. When paired with ICON tubular upper control arms they allow greater front lift adjustability and improved travel (up to a 40% increase over stock), translating to better stability and control in extreme off-road conditions while enhancing on-road manners.
Tubular front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve suspension clearance. The serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind through suspension travel to preserve full wheel movement without overstressing factory components.
Rear tubular upper and lower links are constructed from heavy-wall DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and maintenance-free operation. Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a compliant ride with strong overload resistance; they yield approximately 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia models and approximately 2" of rear lift on Sequoia models equipped with the TRD Off‑Road package or TRD Pro to help maintain a level stance.
The billet rear adjustable track bar is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and features double-adjuster rod end threads for convenient on-vehicle length adjustments to properly center the axle on lifted vehicles. 3.0 Series rear remote reservoir shocks increase internal oil volume and external surface area for improved cooling and fade resistance, and include CDXS for tunable compression performance. All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re‑tunable.
