The Stage 1 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades to 3.0 Series front coilovers and delivers improved on- and off-road performance, adjustable compression damping, refined alignment capability, and increased front and rear lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system includes remote-reservoir front coilovers, remote-reservoir rear shocks, billet front upper control arms, billet rear upper/lower links, sway bar drop brackets, an adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs.

• 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers: Externally adjustable CDC valves with 10 compression settings, increased piston surface area for improved damping, multi-stage hydraulic bump zone for enhanced bottom-out resistance, and vehicle-specific shock length for maximum travel.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Larger diameter bodies with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping, internal bump zone for extra damping on hard bottom outs, and CDC valve compression adjustment for balanced front-to-rear control.
• Billet front upper control arms: Corrected front-end geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, and a serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Billet rear upper and lower links: CNC-machined aluminum construction with PTFE-lined rod ends, on-vehicle length adjustability via double-adjuster design, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: Softer ride-rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance. Rear ride height varies by factory suspension package to help achieve a level stance.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined aluminum with double-adjuster threading for on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

The 3.0 Series front coilovers allow increased front ride height when used with the billet upper control arms, enabling larger and more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The larger 3.0 shock design increases piston surface area in the ride and bump zones for improved control, while the CDC valves provide user-selectable compression damping across 10 settings. The 2.5 rear remote reservoir shocks complement the coilovers to maintain balanced handling and ride quality front to rear.

The billet aluminum control arms and link kits improve suspension geometry and articulation while providing durable, corrosion-resistant construction. PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings maximize articulation and reduce deflection without frequent maintenance. The dual-rate rear springs combine ride comfort with strong bottoming resistance and allow rear ride height variation depending on the vehicle's stock suspension package.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight or accessories can alter lift range.
• Front lift ranges and rear lift depend on Sequoia submodel and factory suspension: most submodels see approximately 3–4.25" front lift and 2" rear lift; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see reduced front lift (about 1–2.25") and remain at stock rear height.
• Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension may require additional components or modifications.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with active Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or certain load-leveling air suspension systems.
• Some 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package may require additional driveline or differential modifications to avoid front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after fitment.
• Vehicles fitted with larger tires may require minor fender trimming; the system supports up to 35 x 12.50" tires in many configurations.
• Recommended wheel offsets for proper fitment are around 25 mm, though fitment depends on wheel design and vehicle configuration.
