The ICON Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum upper and lower rear links and an adjustable rear track bar. Designed for improved on- and off-road performance, the system includes adjustable compression damping, increased lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, billet front upper control arms, a sway bar drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, CDCV 2.5 Series front coilovers, and 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks.
The vehicle-specific VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers feature CDC Valves for externally adjustable compression damping across 10 settings. The larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area, and extended travel deliver up to a 40% increase in travel over stock, better heat dissipation, and resistance to damper fade under hard use. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling capacity for consistent damping performance.
The billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment range, improve suspension clearance, and include the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding.
Sway bar drop brackets are included to minimize sway bar link bind through suspension travel, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized for corrosion resistance, and use PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection. ICON’s double-adjuster system allows on-vehicle length adjustment, and multi-durometer bushings provide noise-free operation and high angularity without periodic greasing.
The dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height spring rate with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort, excellent bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance. Depending on the stock suspension, rear lift is either 2" on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on Sequoia equipped with the TRD Off-Road package.
The billet rear adjustable track bar is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized to match the billet links. Double-adjuster rod end threads permit fine on-vehicle track bar length adjustment to properly center the axle after lift.
The 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks are tuned for the Sequoia and offer increased damping duration, cooler operating temperatures under heavy use, and a unique internal Bump Zone that adds approximately 20% additional damping force for improved control of hard bottom-outs. All shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
